Welcome to our platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

While we strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted Service, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error free, or operating as intended. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Account Creation and Terms

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions taken under your account. We encourage you to use strong passwords that include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately end.

4. Free and Paid Services

We offer both free and paid versions of the Service. The Free Plan includes basic features, while Paid Plans offer enhanced capabilities, higher usage limits, and additional features.

4.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan may include limitations such as restricted access to certain features, usage quotas, and advertisements. We reserve the right to modify the features and limitations of the Free Plan at any time.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid Plans are available through one time payments. By selecting a Paid Plan, you agree to pay the fees presented at the time of purchase. If a plan isn't what you wanted, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase as described in Section 5.2.

5. Billing and Payments

When making a purchase, you confirm that the billing information you provide is accurate and reflects your location at the time of the transaction. If applicable, VAT or other taxes will be charged according to your country of residence.

5.1 Payment Processing

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full purchase amount. If a payment fails, we may request that you complete the transaction manually.

5.2 Refunds

If a Paid Plan isn't what you wanted, you may request a refund through support within 7 days of the purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We may decline or prorate a refund where the service has been substantially used, where the request is made after 7 days, or where we detect abuse of the refund policy.

8. Privacy Policy

We use personal information to operate and secure the Service, process payments, provide support, and offer optional features you choose. Details about purposes, legal bases, providers, retention and your rights are in our Privacy Policy.

You can start account deletion from your Profile. Idling and active sessions stop immediately, and we email a recovery link that remains valid for three days. After that recovery period, the account and its associated HourIdler database data are permanently deleted. Payment providers may retain their own transaction records where the law requires them to do so.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is considered material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the updated Terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
