How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers - we don't see or store them.

Where do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Open Plans in your dashboard and click Manage billing. That takes you to Stripe's portal where you can change your card, grab invoices, or cancel.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep your plan until the end of the time you already paid for. After that you simply drop back to the free plan. Nothing gets deleted.

Can I get a refund?

Charged by accident? Stripe can refund within 7 days from the billing portal. Bought Lifetime and changed your mind? We'll refund you fairly within the first 30 days. The quickest way is to open a ticket or message us on Discord.

Where are my receipts?

Stripe emails you a receipt after every payment. You can also download any invoice from the billing portal under Plans.

Is paying safe?

Yes. Everything runs through Stripe, the same payment company used by a huge number of well-known sites. Your card never reaches us.
